Any Hacienda Encantada Brides Out There (Or Even Recent Visitors)?

Recommended Posts

Any former Hacienda Encantada Brides on here?  Of even anyone who has done a site visit (and if you didn't decide to have your wedding here, why?

Now that our wedding has been displaced twice from the Hilton, they are bringing us some options, and the Hacienda was one of them.  Reading through the TripAdvisor reviews I had some concerns, and so I wanted to hear anyone elses experience with their wedding or their decision to book or not book this place.  Unfortunately I won't have the luxury of going on a site visit like I did before prior to our wedding, so any place I actually haven't stayed at makes me nervous.

I'm also looking at some of the Pueblo Bonito properties, so if you have any thoughts or experiences from there, please pass them along!

Thank you!

I have been there for a massage and to lounge around all day. IT IS GORGEOUS. They have an awesome infinity pool with a walk up bar that is great to lay around. The service is amazing and great!

As for their wedding sites, there is a great location that over looks the ocean on a "cliff" area. You can look up pictures online, like I am sure you have.

If you already had your wedding placed for Hilton, I think you will be fine with the prices they have. (I dont mean that rudely at all!) However, that is why we decided not to go with them. I felt I can pay for that and be closer to the beach. In my opinion they were asking for a lot. They are the upscale sister property of Marina Fiesta, and I LOVE that hotel. That is where we always stay when we go there. It is where my whole wedding party and guests are staying for our wedding. They are very accommodating at the Hacienda Encantada and have many places you can actually get married.

Hacienda Encantada is about 20 min outside of town.

Hope that helps! I am so sorry again about your wedding and the Hilton!! Let me know if you have any other questions!

PS. I am getting married at Casa Dorada, and they are GREAT and EASY to work with. They have an awesome package to stay there as well. My FI just wanted to stay at Marina Fiesta. lol.

@@cassie06 I have a few questions for you! I too, am looking at Casa Dorada for my wedding ceremony in May of 2016. I am like 97% sure :)

I have been to Cabo many times but don't have time for a site visit before my wedding/signing a contract. Did you find that it was too noisy with Mango Deck being next door? I don't think it will be a problem, especially since most my guests are young partiers, but wanted to get someone else's opinion.

Also, I see that you are staying at Marina Fiesta. Did you do a room block? Also, how close is that to the Casa Dorada?

Lastly, are you staying at Casa Dorada for the wedding night at least?

Any advice you have would be helpful! :)
