Where Do You Buy Your Bathing Suites?

Recommended Posts

SO 2.5 week vacation... beach every day... that's a LOT of bathing suites (yes, i'll wash them in the sink and let them dry in the shower and re-wear them... but I'll still have to pack a bunch).

Where do you buy you'r suites? The only place I can find that is high quality/attractive/sells in my size is Victoria Secret. At $120 each... I need other options, please! I need suites that are sold in cup sizes (not just S/M/L) and offer support. I prefer online shopping. Any ideas? I've done the usual google search but everything I'm finding just seems cheap.

(I know this isn't exactly "wedding attire" but I didn't know where else to post. sorry!)

I shop for all my suits at Swimco, I am unsure if this is a Canadian or US company. I know they have a website though you could check out.

That said, for a full tankini (especially one for larger cups) you are paying upwards of $150-$200 for a full suit.   I know it sounds ridiculous but I have never felt better in a swimsuit than one from them that fits!  The ladies also help to ensure it's the right size. They are super good.    I have 2 suits and I rotate them and wash in between like you.

To get a good suit with good support you will probably have to shell out over $100 :(   I try to break up my purchases so it doesn't sting so much but the quality is there and you can't beat that.

I need a white bikini (strapless) for my TTD session.  I can't find one in cup sizes ANYWHERE!  I'm at LEAST a DD (DDD/E).  I'm hoping more places come out with them now that Spring Break is so close.  But yes, they are PRICEY!

Bikini Village? Not sure if that's US or just Canadian. VS usually has sales online - I'm surprised at the $120 price tag. When I looked they were cheaper than that. I know there are other lingerie sellers that also do swimsuits. We have La Vie En Rose here and they do them. Sorry - that's probably not much help.

Well, I have the opposite problem (need a smaller top than bottom) and have had some luck with Voda Swim, which is still not cheap but they have sales and coupons. The material is really nice.

Actually, my favorite bathing suit right now I bought on super clearance for like $5 at Old Navy! It just fits the best :)

I wish I could buy Old Navy swimsuits! I always see super cute mix and match bikinis everywhere for like $25... unfortunately even and XL isn't holding in these DDs =(

I really like Venus Swimwear.  They're sold in cup sizes and have good support, and are pretty true to size when you order online.  Like others have said though, decent bathing suits are going to be pretty pricey no matter what  :(
