I love this idea! It is so cute and unique. Here's an idea:

 

Get two mini bottles of tequila and custom shot glasses. One of the bottles of tequila will be opened and drank during the ceremony. Then you can put your letters into a small wooden box with the 2nd mini bottle of tequila and the shot glasses for your 5 year anniversary.

Awesome idea! Such a coincidence that ive found this thread as i had decided to do this too and have just ordered custom shot glasses for my guests with their name on & a mexican theme painted onto them. Doubling up as placemarkers, a keepsake and a glass
