Is anyone getting creative for their wedding programs, specifically a beach wedding?

I am on the fence whether or not I want programs. On one hand they are nice, but they are also pricey...and people tend to toss them afterwards.

Thanks!

I'm not doing them for a couple reasons -- people tend to know how a wedding goes and also we will be together 5 days before the wedding / have had a meet and greet, so people know who is who.

Also the cost savings is nice.

Some people make their fans into programs which is a great double!

You can also get free templates online to help with $$ as well.

I use zazzle for all of my wedding programs, menus, Escort Cards. I bought the membership so I get free shipping for a year. And I'm only telling you this bc.... Depending on your head count, you can make all the custom documents you want at a very low price. The options are endless!

And usually the more you buy the lower the price. So for example,I bought escort cards for 40 cents a piece. Not too bad!

Pretty sure I saw wedding programs for around a dollar a piece.

I don't know how Savy you are, but you could make them? Maybe lol

I made my own water color pocket fold wedding invitations with ribbon and they turned out beautiful. So maybe you could add your own little touch for hardly no money at all and just be surprised at how resourceful you are.

I know how much goes into planning and you don't want to overwhelm yourself.

Good luck!!

I wasn't planning on doing one either.  However I was thinking about everyone tossing beach balls at the end of the ceremony so I would have to write "instructions" for that so people will know what to do with a tiny  uninflated beach ball on their chair.
