Hi There!

 

My fiance and I have been dating since our second year in college, and after 8 years he finally decided to pop the question! 

We are always traveling, and looking for our next adventure, being so a destination wedding was the perfect fit for us  

Both of us have a deeply love and sweet spot for the Dominican Republic, it has been the perfect choice for us, We are getting married through a catholic ceremony at the Melia Caribe Tropical, Punta Cana

Have you been to Melia before? Myself or my fiancé has never been there. We haven't even been to the Dominican before. So this will be interesting for sure.

 

What plans have you made so far? Why did you chose the Melia? Just curious because I just chose it because it offered adults only section and it looked gorgeous in pictures. I am not having the reception on the resort just the symbolic ceremony. So packages weren't something I cared much about at the time. But I would like to have a cocktail hour after the ceremony before the boat arrives. (reception on La Barcaza wedding boat). Have you set a date yet? Details Details girl. There aren't too many Melia brides on here yet.
