Best Tasting Cake

Hi all - getting married in Negril at Rockhouse in April. One of my biggest concerns is the cake/cupcakes. I've heard some say they were displeased with their baked goods in JA - anyone have any cakes that were absolutely DELICIOUS?! Would love to hear about them!

We had ours in Jamaica and it was delicious. Our resort did it - plain white cake with a raspberry filling and it was to die for. The icing was sort of a cream - not the sweet stuff like you get here. We had it sent back to our room, but got so sick of eating it after 3 days we tried pawning it off on the maids! But they aren't allowed to accept gifts so we just left it in our room when we checked out lol  I'm sure it ended up getting eaten!

As a wedding planner in Jamaica I can tell you that there are great bakers in Jamaica. There is a very good baker in Negril that all the hotels and alot of persons use alot.
