LOL! I travel a lot so I knew what she meant due to regulations. Also worth a read on Mexico's site so no surprises I did for how much we can bring in. Should re read it.

You can get clear bags at the dollar store, and then do a fold over label on the top and staple the bag shut. I was going to add beachy themed snacks. (Goldfish, Swedish fish..)

That's a great idea.  I'm also including some candy, mints and gum in mine.

I decided against doing this. Mostly because it will be in the high 90s when when go and I didn't want anything to melt or get damaged or taken by customs. Plus we're staying at an all inclusive that is probably really far from the nearest grocery store so it doesn't make since to get anything while we are on site. So what I did was purchase treats that are really popular in the area and send them out as thank you for booking gifts. I think they'll be excited and it will help them recognize the same items when they get there.

We are buying ours at Costco in Mexico .. Looking online they offer fimilar brands even though it's in mexico.

Also our Planner said it was very do able and costco is very close to our resort.
