Booked Room Updates

We just sent out our first batch of save the dates (underestimated how many we would need). Some people told me that they booked their room or are planning to do it soon. We are using a BDW TA. I am just wondering if you receive updates from the TA as guests book their rooms on some kind of basis like monthly or something. Or do I have to ask?

I asked my travel agent to update me weekly or longer was ok if no one had booked. Back then we were in contact often anyways as I had a lot of questions. I'm 2 weeks out from final payments being due and I've asked her for the same thing. I haven't heard from her yet although I know people have paid lol.

yes, my TA shot me an email whenever someone booked as a courtesy. she knew I was keeping a spreadsheet of all the info. super helpful!

Given how fantastically responsive the BDW TAs are, I would send a quick note to whoever your TA is and ask. They are great with keeping the lines of communication open, so I wold be surprised if you didn't get some kind of update.
