Yes, my resort is sold out the entire week that I'm there. There is a wedding booked every day Monday - Sunday. Probably because the date falls after Easter and around (US) spring break. I booked my photographer and DJ early because they're likely to get booked up fast. Both locales would be beautiful but Curacao would probably have more availability as Punta Cana is very popular.

Hello all! Another newbie in the group. I am a Canadian bride planning a DW somewhere warm. My Fiance and I are trying to decide between Dominican Republic, Punta Cana and Curacao. Felling a little lost right now trying to decide on a resort lol. Hoping to gain some insightful knowledge from everyone here.  :)

 

Congrats!   One of my bridesmaids is in Curacao right now for her honeymoon. I can tell you where she stayed/what she thought when she gets back if you want :) Happy Planning!
