She responded to my initial inquiry and said she'd get back to me by the following Wed, and then nothing. I sent her another email a few days later, nothing. Earlier this week, nothing. I just sent her one this morning asking if she was even receiving my emails since I hadn't gotten a response in over 2 months.

No she doesn't charge for her services. She has amazing relationships with the DW resorts and is such a pleasure to work with! She managed to get us a bunch of perks we wouldn't have known about otherwise!

Really????? I know she is knee deep in helping a 1/2 dozen brides who had their weddings cancelled in Cabo and who are devastated and left with little to no options... So she may be bogged down - but she is usually awesome at replying to emails! I wonder if she isn't getting them somehow!!!

HI! wondering who your travel agent was??  Canadian bride to be from Winnipeg here just starting out as well, just finding it overwhelming but looking to find a travel agent first that specializes in destination weddings.

I couldn't find one in Calgary to return my phone calls, and didn't know of this site before I booked (ie - never knew of Laurielee).   My travel agent is in BC, but we do everything thru email and/or over the phone.  Her name is Christine Smith with Summit Travel. I can PM you all her info if you don't make headway anywhere else.    She is free, but I plan to send her a thank you gift as she has done A LOT for us... including Air Canada cancelling our flight and advocating we get a new one we want.   Let me know

First you need to narrow down the country then the resort. You may want to consider the Iberostar chain of resorts in Riviera Maya. There are 5 resorts on the same property from what I know and they have different price ranges. The Iberostar Paraiso Beach seems to be the cheapest. Essentially this might give your guests more pricing options while technically being on the same property. Something to consider.
