Label Template For First Aid Kit

Hi ! I'm getting married in Puerto Rico in December. I'd like to prepare a survival kit or hangover kit with a first aid kit . I love the label I've seen with the stick figures that says: "Wedding week survival kit: too much sun, too much booze, too much food, too much fun " . I haven't been able to download the template.
