Anyone Getting Married At Dreams Las Mareas

Hey! I have a great source of info but I don't want to post here because I might get in trouble lol

 

Can I find u by name on FB?

 

 

Hi Ladies,

 

We just confirmed our wedding date for November 19th at Dreams Las Mareas.

 

I have also had very poor communication with our coordinator Claudia.

 

When I emailed the resort request the 19th for our date, she sent me all this paperwork to fill out, asking where we wanted the ceremony & reception, and wanted various information for the booking. I thought this was a little strange because I had yet to see any photos of venue options to be able to provider her with that information. I ended up filling it out to the best of my knowledge (thinking I will change things down the road as I receive more information), and sending it in. After she confirmed my deposit was taken, and the wedding date was booked, she then proceeded so send me VERY little information and photos - still not sufficient enough for me to make those decisions. She said she will contact me 4 months before the wedding date to go over more details, however, I would like to have more of an idea now so I can decide if I want to bring in my own vendors, and perhaps bring my own center pieces, linens, etc.

 

I'm hoping some of you ladies might have more pictures or information and pricing on decor items and venue information that you wouldnt mind sharing with me!

I'm engaged and looking to plan a destination wedding. Costa Rica is my dream location so this resort it at the top of my list. I've been to Costa 3 times before.

 

For those of you that have already been married Id love to hear feedback and see pics. The resort is still so new that there isn't a ton of info available.

 

I joined that forbidden group that was mentioned lol. Waiting for approval. Hopefully I can connect there and get info/feedback!

Jenn where are you from? I just got married there on Saturday and it was truly amazing. I am a travel agent and have become quite familiar with the resort. I have almost 90 people and it was perfect.
