Wright it awesome for American brides but Canadian packages are completely different.

 

In Canada it's important to have a Canadian TA who has relationships with the tour operators since flight,hotel and transfers are included and priced differently than US

Where abouts are you? I've gotten recommendations for Sandy at Jubilee Travel in Saskatoon from locals, and Laurie Lee for Calgary from other brides on here.

Yes, you should be able to!  We chose a hotel that was more expensive, so this was something we wanted to do. We told our guests about it already and adding it to our "booking" page as an incentive to get people to book with our group

We booked with Flight Centre they have specialized locations that deal directly with weddings. They are super amazing and worked within our price range to get our best possible rate. We booked Dreams Tulum April 2015 - VERY HAPPY with our choice and every 6th room booked we get free meaning the price of the room for the week goes toward whatever we want. The Palace resorts were another option that give great perks depending on the size of your wedding we are only having 35-40 people and the Palace resorts are on the higher end of our budget in which we wanted our guests to pay. The ladies at Flight Centre were able to break down the perks each resort was giving it was great. They also counter offered flights between West Jet & Air Transat as West Jet would not gaurantee a direct flight for us from Vancouver but Air Transat would. We booked our air with Air Transat as they took West Jets lower price, they fly to Cancun more then West Jet from Vancouver and their customer service is awesome!!! Hope that helps

We get a free passenger every 16 (max 3) so we used it for my FI sister who is a single mom paying for her son as well. And we used to fly in our photographer then one for us. We are with air Canada vacations

 

We are getting married on the same date - but I am marrying at the Grand Sirenis. I am also using Air Canada and was to leave January 18, but they cancelled our flight. Awaiting what they are changing us too. Are you running into this problem??

 

 

I get the same perks as dreamteam17, and then at our resort if you have 10 double bookings you get the base wedding package free. Which I am doing, then doing all the upgrades I want!!!

Lucky you! I heard great things about them but could NEVER get a call back. Even when she said she would, she wouldn't. So I finally had to find someone else!
