I love Davit Designs stickers too, but that shipping cost to Canada kills me.

I have nothing else to ship to the states so can't really justify a tank of gas to save $20 in shipping, as the gas is so high right now anyways!

I will probably just suck up the cost or see if I can find waterproof labels here.  Michaels didn't have any, but plan to try Staples.

 

I am so gung-ho to get these tumblers then I went *gulp* 44 better fit in a suitcase. I will remove the straws, but it will take up a lot of space!

I feel the same way. Now that I have them it's like oh sh*t what now? It's going to take up a bit of space that's for sure...lol I too will remove the straws not like that will make a big difference..lol

I am only seeing your post now. But to answer your question I ended up ordering them on Ebay after. There are a lot of great sellers on there that are a good price (well decent anyways) and they will customize to how you want your flowers. So I ordered them and the girl emailed me yesterday to tell me that they are in the process of making them and will be shipped out early Sept so I should get them mid September. I am anxious to see how they turned out. I will surely post a pic once I get them though.

I think it will make a huge difference as you can pack them back to back to back -- and that straw wouldn't allow that!

I just hope none break - no room to pack up with bubble wrap or anything as they are already going to fill a suitcase!

If I knew it wouldn't wreck my labels on the cups I would stack them inside eachother... would save uber space.  Could stick a thin piece of paper over each label for transport - haha thinking out loud, lots to consider.

I think a good amount of people on this board (recently) bought the $2 tumblers from Dollarama.

I think the quality is just fine, but when buying them make sure you look for ones already cracked.

I got pretty lucky today and was able to find all 45 of mine in 2 stores.

Awesome. I didn't hear of that site but I am checking it out now. It's pretty cool because I am looking at getting tote bags for the bridal party. Is that who you are getting them for?

I wanted Bubba mugs too but am thinking they will be quite a bit more money.

 

Curious, how much did you pay at Dollar Tree? $1.25 each?  I paid $2 at Dollarama, didn't think to go to Dollar Tree as it's new here in Calgary.

 

EDIT - sorry realized you used Discount Mugs, how did you avoid the shipping? I wanted to use them but the shipping was over $100 to Calgary and just not justifiable.
