This isn't the one I am going to purchase.... It is a little too thin and straight (and the wrong color) for my liking... 

But I love that it has pearls and diamonds on it.

I've been looking on etsy...they have some really nice choices.. my only hesitation is I would like to see that it looks like on me first... hmmm...

Hey girls,

Well I decided to take it upon myself to actually try to make my own sash. I am looking to have a flowered sash so I was googling how to make certain flowers. My next trip to Michael's I am going to pick up some supplies. I am not a DIY'er but I thought I would give it a go to avoid paying such a huge price on belts/sashes. I might end up having to pay for a belt already made if it doesn't go well. hahaha

 

I will let you all know how it goes or if it goes at all.

Well girls. This is the first part of the sash made by moi. This was just a practice one as the smaller flowers will color match the big flower once I get the material or I may use the same material as the bigger flower.

 

What do you think so far with my first attempt?
