nothing is every guaranteed in any business until there is a signed contract. there are no obligations either. some will do things as a courtesy but are not required to hold anything until they have money and a signed agreement.

@@acw271011 I agree. In fact I think I mentioned that, but that doesn't mean that I have to give them my business :)

 

But good news is....I have found an awesome venue that stated in writing they would keep their word and pricing so I'm happy to give them by business!

@@jennifernoel1 girl I know! Luckily it was a blessing in disguise. I'm happy to be working with another place. They have been WONDERFUL!!
