Cotton Bridesmaid Dresses?

Anyone have any recommendations for cotton bridesmaid dresses? Or any other material that would be lightweight and won't show sweat!

I want my girls to be comfortable and having been a bridesmaid for 2 destination weddings, I know it's really uncomfortable wearing a dress made of chiffon or silk (especially in Mexico in August!).

 

I know J Crew has great dresses, but the prices are a little high. I'm hoping for the girls to spend under $150 each if possible.

I think cotton tends not to be recommended in hot weather because once you sweat, you stay wet. I think chiffon is comfortable if it's silk chiffon and not polyester (doesn't breathe at all)

 

I got my bridesmaid dresses from j crew! If you're not particular about exact styles, keep an eye on the sale section! I got mine for about 80 each

Great! I'll keep an eye out for sales. A few years ago I purchased a bridesmaid dress from J Crew for about the same, it was like $80-90 or so.

 

Never thought about silk chiffon, that would be a good option too. I was also looking at the Alfred Angelo dresses that are silk and look really comfortable! I'll see what the girls think.
