Guest List Template - Destination Wedding Specific

Does anyone have a Guest List .xls spreadsheet or temaplate specific to a Destination Wedding? Please email me a copy to angela.jackson@@Urs.com if willing to share.

 

The majority of templates and google doc's I have found are geared towards a traditional wedding with no tracking of deposits, flights, rooms, etc... I can build a new one or make edits to exsisting one if need be.

Are you going through a travel agent? They should be doing all of the tracking for you and the wedding coordinator at the resort will have the room numbers etc for you =)

Yes I am and she is doing an amazing job, however I would like to have a snapshot of the list and what stages they are at so I can send friendly reminders for travel payment etc...

Perhaps your TA would just keep you updated on the progress?  Most TA's I know send out updates and reminders of key dates.  Just one less thing you have to worry about.

My TA agent sends me updates. We are in constant contact about it.

 

I did make my own spreadsheet though.

Name, RSVP, deposit paid, full payment made, number of guests total, number of double rooms total, number of adults vs kids, etc.
