I think I am handing mine out during our welcome bonfire. just set them up on a table. since everyone will be there.

This is what we are doing. Our hotel charges to deliver to the rooms!

There is a company called Magicfeather gifts and more that actually meets you at the airport and "lays" your guests while handing out the bags! You dont have to lug the bags with you or worry about them getting there/weighing down your luggage....I used them and it was brilliant! This is their website: magicfeather.ca they are from Canada (nice couple) that moved there recently to start this business!
