Plated Main Dish - How To Choose?

We thought about giving people an option, but then I have to sort out how to differentiate who gets what meal, so I am pretty sure we decided to go with a surf and turf option with beef tenderloin and shrimp and scallops(I think!). I don't eat seafood but I know most others will enjoy it! The few people I know who are vegetarian or have other issues will hopefully let me know when they RSVP so I can accommodate their needs.

I am jealous of you ladies that have the plated option ! We have to pay something extra like $35pp if we want plated, so we're just sticking with buffet

We are actually paying extra since we only invited about 50 people and know some can't come. I wanted something private where we could do traditional wedding things like toasts, dancing, garter/bouquet toss with out others/worrying about being loud!
