Once prices come out, how do you inform your guests to start booking. We have a travel agent.

You should either use a website or on your save the date/invite and give all the information for your travel agents contact info... Then you leave it to her!

We have a room block through a travel agent. We let all immediate family know through word of mouth to book so they are guaranteed a room. Everyone else will find out from our website (that has travel agent's information), when they receive save the dates.
