Can Not Choose A Dress!

Recommended Posts

I've tried on so many dresses over the course of 10 months and haven't found "the one". I'm getting married in November and running out of time fast. I'm getting so stressed but don't want to spend do much money on something I don't love. Help!! I love something form fitting, not too much detail, but a splash of bling ( like a belt?) and do not want to pay more than 1500. Any ideas?

@@chelseapaige37.....I also have been having a hard time....I actually purchased a gown from David's Bridal that was taffeta and had a bubble hem....the more I thought about that dress, the more I disliked it and I took pictures of myself in it (I actually have it posted on this site).  So after many weeks of doubt, I went back to David's this past Sat.  I actually found a lace and tulle dress that so fits my vision.

The dress I picked from David's is not online yet (it is new)..it is sweetheart neckline, small bling around waist that is already attached, and form fitting!  It is $999.  I think it is v3680 if you have a David's near you.

I also didn't take a huge amount of people with me to dress shop....I think one or two is enough.  Remember to look online and have some ideas about what you want....because the first time I went I had no idea and the consultant sorta picked the first dress.  But the second time around I new how I wanted to look and what I wanted.

I hope this helps!  Good luck!

Are there any consignment salons in your area? When I was dress hunting I tried a bridal consignment store and they had styles of dresses that were no longer carried by the local stores at great prices. Some of them had never been worn! I did not end up choosing a dress from there, but the bonus would be that you would get to take it home with you that day.

Not sure if that worked but those have been the three favorites since looking. The first is the most recent - it's above my $ range but I love it. May be too fancy though?

The second I only have a picture of the back. It's a mikaella dress and the front is plain.

The third was my first favorite - a mori lee dress. I love how light it is and actually liked the tulle. However the bottom may have too much poof.

Three totally different dresses. You can tell I'm lost!

@@chelseapaige37 - They're all very pretty! I think I like 3 best, but I'm biased since I almost got a dress like that! If you like 3 with less pouf, I know there's a Wtoo dress that looks very similar! It's called the Cyprus:

I also tried on one like that too but w/ more pouf and a corset back - an Essence:

Thanks! I tried on the wtoo but haven't tried on the essence. I'll try and find it to see if I can try it. I originally didn't any a satin so it actually may work out well.
