Hello fellow DRC brides. We are getting married on Sunday, June 14, 2015. We are in the initial stages of planning. This forum is so helpful. As I get closer, I am sure that I will have some questions. Thanks for sharing.

I am getting married Jan 29/2015. We are working on invitations right now. Dress and bridesmaid dresses ordered. I think we will rent things down there rather than tring to bring it all with us!

Happy Independence Day! Is anyone using an outside photographer? I feel like 100 pictures will NOT be enough.

@@Yscampbell - Yes, we hired an outside photog.I like their in-house photographer, but I have found others that we like better.

@mention, do you mind sharing their information? Is the photographer comparable in price with better picture options? Thank you.

@@Yscampbell - We hired del Sol (http://delsolphotography.com/). They are more expensive, but I really love their work... I just couldn't get their images out of my mind. Additionally, the FI is an amateur photographer.. so, there's that.

But, anyway, Ael is sooo personable, even through emails. If you decide on del Sol, you will hire a main photog with them and they provide a second photog. We also chose them because we are having an AHR and we'd love to share our wedding as much as possible those who can't make it, and we feel like photography is the closest some of them can get.

As of right now, we are doing our trash the dress session with Adventure Photos (in-house photog)

Hi girls! Currently planning for October 2015. I've sent several messages in the past 2 days to the wedding coordinator. No reply! Kinda makes me wanna look elsewhere
