The only thing I kind of figured out is the photographer, I'm still deciding between booking www.photoshootsVallarta.com or www.EstefaniaFloresPhotography.com . I saw a couple other ones, like Tom Moks, but not sure he does what I'm looking for. Overall, I'm a mess!

Don't rule out bringing your own photographer. We found that it can more reasonable in price and convenience taking your own destination wedding photographer. We found a Canadian-Mexican photographer who's packages were almost 50% of what our resort or local photographers were asking. We also did not have to pay for flight. Keep in mind that if you're going to have to pay the vendor pass fee, you might as well have a photographer stay at your resort who can provide a more personal experience.
