Azul Fives Brides 2015

@Lilgabri03 at first I wanted Azul Fives...but I'm really starting to like Sensatori..we are expecting a bigger group so I was recommended to Sensatori. Easier to lock in more rooms without it selling out.

Ah gotcha @@Vbustamove, I wanted sensatori at first but then I got sold on fives because you can have your reception on the sky deck and also there are a lot of new things that are happening at fives this year! :-)

I posted it in one of my earlier threads, I think on page 2, but I will post it here. I  had emailed back and forth with the GM for a little while because I couldn't decide between sensatori and fives. Here is his response

 

 

we are quite busy with improvements and from April 21 to Dec 15 we will be in all sort of new creations and developments

We are actually adding this year 120 new suites. 

 

3 restaurants (Thai, Italian, Sushi)

2 Bar (Gin Bar and Rooftop)

A very large plaza where most of the hotel action will take place

Refurbishing and changing concept to existing restaurants

Adding some meters to the beach and opening a beach Cafe

 

He also stated he will be converting 30 double bed rooms to king size suites. 

 

The gin bar has just opened as well as I can see in recent reviews, so thats one thing done. 

 

Also, he sent me a ton of awesome new pics of the rendering, i cant post here because i haven't reached my limit but basically they were just really awesome renders of what it should look like. 

 

Hope this helps you guys! I spent hours, literally hours deciding between the two lol. Whichever one you choose, it will be beautiful no matter what :-)

@@Lilgabri03 thanks! After booking Azul Fives I actually considered whether Sensatori was maybe a better choice. I heard Fives is a bit more expensive and I'm already dealing with the guilt of asking guests to travel for my wedding. Other than that, we liked that Fives was closer to Playa which means more things for people to do

Hi @@TinkerSofi, interesting you said that, In dealing with pricing, Azul fives was always cheaper for me because its not right on the beach exactly. And I agree with you with fives being closed to Playa. also, I liked that it was a smaller resort and I wouldnt have to walk ten miles to get to someone's room.

 

On a totally random side note, on the day of the wedding? How does everyone find each other???? I mean, its not like all our cell phones work?
