Planning A Wedding Riu Palace Pacifico! Need Advice

I am planning a wedding October of 2014 at the Riu Palace Pacifico. Just wondering if anyone has any advice?? Maybe ease my stress a little bit! The WC is doing a great job with responding to me, but it's always nice to hear other's advice or experiences!

Although you have time, please avoid feeling overwhelmed, don't let wedding planning get you down. 

Hope you find help here! There,s a lot of information and all Brides  are very cooperative.

Some good advice: try to set the end of the ceremony  at least one hour before sunset, and  you could be blessed your photo shooting by a spectacular sunset on  the beach. (sunset info follow this link http://espanol.weather.com/climate/sunRiseSunSet-Cancun-MXQR0138?month=10)
