Although our wedding is 9 months away, apparently my MIL has already decided on a dress she already owns.  Which is my least fave color - brown. Really? Brown at a tropical wedding?? Le sigh.... She didn't ask me anything at all.

That is awful! Can you get someone (FI, future sister in law etc) to suggest she get something else to wear?

 

I'm dreading going shopping for the mother of the groom dress!

Yes apparently my FI has suggested she go shopping for a new dress.... possibly when we are all in Scottsdale on a family vacation in a few weeks.

I just think it's brutal she didn't even ask when she pushed and pushed to come shopping with me for my dress (which didn't happen).
