Hard Rock Hotel Wedding In 2015

Hi ladies,

I'm planning on getting married at the HRHPC in April 2015. I've never been there, just Mexico, and I know it's a bit more expensive than Mexico to travel to, but I just got quoted today by my TA from one airline that the all inclusive of flight and hotel with taxes is going to run about $2600 a person. This is a lot more than I expected, and I'm reluctant to let my friends and family pay that much to attend our wedding especially since we all have another family wedding to attend that same year (that also consists of flying to). Does anyone know if this is standard price for HRH Punta Cana?? I've had friends that have gone for $1500 through Transat and stayed at HR too, so I'm a little confused. Thanks for you help!!

I looked into HRHPC as well. From the information I was given (flying from Montreal), the trip was just over $2000 per person for one week.

I would ask your TA if that is the correct amount for a room for a week double occupancy or per person. Per person the room is going to run about $1300 per person for a week, this is NOT including airfare. Depending on where you are coming from and how far out your guests book the tickets should run you only $300-$400 round trip. That is from BWI, Chicago and San Diego airports with a year out time frame.
