How Much Was Your Wedding?

Expecting 60+ pple and hoping to keep it under $12000.

I have 54 ppl booked so far and I'm looking at $20K...Photography and videography alone are $6,700 :S Plus I'm looking at $100 per person for the private reception at the resort - crazy how much resorts charge when it's all inclusive! We're paying $10 an hour PER PERSON for open bar!

We are expecting between 80-100 including kids and hope to keep it below $1500. My first wedding which was your typical local church wedding with an evening reception and it ended up costing over $50,000 so I am sold on DWs!!!

 

Luckily one of my friends is one of our city's top photographers so she will travel to cover our wedding and we will only need to pay her trip costs, saving us HUGE... And then my hair and make up are also being "gifted" by professionals who are either in my wedding party or attending. Those savings are allowing me to do a bit extra in terms of added activities like a golf tournament one day and a s'mores bonfire welcome event.

I don't have my invites out yet but I did a rough tally of cost and right now I am looking at $15,000 that's with trip and I am also paying for my parents to attend. but I don't have the dress in that number either or anything accessories for myself. the majority of my cost is the trip for myself and fiancé and my parents. other than that It would be much lower than that.

We are expecting around 40-50 people total including kids. All in we are budgeted around 15000-17000 depending what the Canadian dollar is like at the time we make final payments and the final tally of guests. That includes 4500$ travel expenses for us and our daughters.

I have 55 people traveling and I am at about $4000 for the wedding and reception costs only. My package includes 1 hr of photography. I am considering adding videography. My reception is semi-private so I only had to pay $20 extra per person.

Haven't tallied up the entire thing yet since we marry in June but a rough estimate would be about $9000. We have 50 guests coming. That's including dress, trip, reception, OOT bags and such. That's definitely cheaper than having a wedding & reception here in Philadelphia.

We have three family photographers in our group that will be doing our photos so we saved money on that!  And will have lots of awesome photos.
