dress on the plane advice

I'm wondering if the flight attendants can't put it in their area. I KNOW they have a place for their belongings that would likely have a rack...

I put my dress in a carry on luggage. The kind you can roll around the airport. The folded the dress nice and neat and laid it down nicely. I felt better because I knew it would be protected from people putting their stuff on top of my dress and it also made it easier to travel around the airport with. My husband held his suit the whole time and then stuffed it in the overhead compartment on stop of my dress (that was in the luggage).
