I received price quote from styling trio and beso brides..I've read awesome reviews from both. .all the pics look great for both....Beso is cheaper...I would love styling trio but I can't help but wonder if they are really the 'best' or is it just that so many people use them that they have earned a name and that's why everyone recommend them... I want the best as possible..who doesn't! but beso sounds like they are just as good and are almost 200.00 cheaper! !

I have read people negotiate prices..how does that work? like what do you say to them so they lower their prices?

I just contacted Styling Trios, what were Beso Brides rates? I think I'd be more comfortable with a salon than at the resort especially if there's more reviews and feedback for it.

I asked a bride who just married at my resort.  Their makeup is not airbrush they just put a spray on at the end that holds it in place.   May consider my original plan of going to MAC and having them train me on how to do my own makeup.

 

I think I also want to do fake eyelashes, and will need some training on that too lol

Try asking them if they can work with you at all on the outside vendor fee you need to spend to have them be your stylist. Sometimes these companies will share the cost or discount their rates a bit knowing you have to put out a large amount of $$ for this fee. It may not result in much of a discount- but it's worth asking. The worst they can say is no right?

This is a good idea, I have to ask them because I REALLY want Beso and the resort prices for airbrush are not any cheaper either, Michael and Martina from Beso have great reviews. I am looking forward to having them on my wedding day!

I am very fortunate my resort just started implementing the vendor fees but because I had booked already they are waiving the fee so thankful for that!!

yes my friend does eyelashes so I'm going to get them done before I go..

Was considering doing them before we left. Do you know how long they are good one for? Maybe if I got them the day before we left.

Are You talking about eyelash extensions? They last weeks/months and simply slowly shed until you need to get them redone.... If you are talking about false lashes in either strip or applied as singles, they really have to be done the day of the wedding during the makeup application process.
