Any Hard Rock Brides Out There.....

we are currently in the process on booking the Moon Palace.   However, we originally wanted what is now Hard Rock Riviera Maya.

when we first inquired about it we were told they would be closed 2014-2015 due to construction in changing the brand.   Now I have seen on this site and others that some have 2014 weddings there.   I have tried to call the wedding and group department numbers on their site, but only get an answering machine.   We have also tried to fill out the request form, but I don't think it goes through.  Each time we hit enter it just defaults back to the request page.  It never says it went through and no returned calls..

 

Does anyone have another number or email to contact their wedding sales department and group sales department?

 

We know their packages are very similar or exact to Palace, but does anyone have any other info they can share:

wedding locations, cocktail/reception locations,  food choices, vendors, extra fees 

our biggest deciding factor is group rate for June 2015.   If they are less than Moon, we'd rather go with HR

 

any help appreciated!

We are getting married at the HR Riviera Maya... I don't have direct contact information but we are working with an awesome travel agent who can get you connected.

 

Our wedding is on April 29, 2014 (yikes! It's coming up!) and our travel agent and the resort and wedding planner have been AMAZING!

Hi there!

 

We are about 90% committed to the HRH in Riviera Maya for December 2014; just trying to find some more reviews and pictures from other brides, which has been hard since they are newly opened after their remodel (and the remodel isn't entirely finished yet). 

 

I had the same trouble with their request form!  My TA was able to provide me with this email address for their wedding department:  [email protected]

 

I received a response in about one day.
