Anyone Doing Chelean Extreme?

I really need to get an exercise regiment going and lose these last 10-15 lbs.  Is anyone doing CheLean or has done it in the past?

 

What did you think about it?

 

Any tips?

@ - I did Turbo Fire (also a Chalean program) and really enjoyed it.  I've recently started doing Insanity & P90X3 as well to help jump start myself.  Since last March I'm done nearly 60 lbs!

 

I also joined weight watchers and have found it super easy to stick to!

@ I have heard amazing thing about it. A friend of mine did Tubro Fire and LOVES it she lost 108lbs...so I am thinking maybe trying that? Or just attending more classes at my gym

I did Turbofire which is another one of Chalene's program and got great results. I loved the program and even won $500 for losing weight using that program! I would recommend Chalene Extreme too, had friends who did it and loved it.
