I will be at the Riu Palace Punta Cana for my April 2014 wedding.

I'm about to book April 2016. Just signed up to this website to check out the reviews how did you find the hotel in general for the wedding and for the guests? I've read some reviews on the food not being amazing. Also, how was the weather at that time of year? Bearable in a dress, etc.?
