Room type

This is probably stupid and doesn't make sense but I was wondering....everyone says they have which wedding package be it the royal or classic or whatever. And some come with an upgrade. My question is if we can't pay the wedding fees until we're actually there and meet with Chandlyn how do you get a room upgrade if you haven't even paid for the package yet? This is probably a simple answer I just don't know. Hahah oh well.

When I checked in I told them I booked the Royal package and was looking foward to the upgrade... Then they just upgraded us. But I did tell them right at checkin before they gave us our room.
