My TA strongly warned against shipping anything due to Customs but also because many brides reported not being able to find the package at all. Others in the thread have mentioned that as well. If your destination has something like a Walmart relatively close by, I would buy some items there. Cancun has one so that's what I plan to do.

As far as shipping vs carrying goes... what about cases of H2O bottles? Do you recommend shipping or packing? I feel like it will take up a lot of room in my suit cases, but I want to have water bottles with our labels on them in our OOT bags. 

Advice?

@@nursemorgan Is it possible to get bottles from your resort? and then label them quickly after you arrive? it seems like a mess to travel with cases of bottled water.

Hmm, we're getting married in Mexico and I know we have a Walmart near by. That might be something to ask your resort?
