Jellyfish / Majestic Elegance Punta Cana 7/2014 Bride - ADVICE?!

Hi ladies! Congrats on all your engagements!

 

Right now, everything is pretty much set.  We are getting married and having the reception at Jellyfish, Punta Cana.  We are styaing at the Majestic Elegance Elegance Club for the week.  Katya Nova photography is also booked along with Pastor Rick.  Hoping for about 50 guests but may be closer to 100!  It will be all white classic clean wedding decor, not beachy or eccentric.  Save the dates are going out by the end of the month and website (nearlyweds - love) is up and running!  The only thing that isn't planned is a videographer.  Anyone recommend anyone?

 

Also- I've posted this elsewhere but I'm struggling with budgeting openbar at Jellyfish based on their PER person PER hour rates ($22 for platinum, priceyyyyyyyyyyyyyy), anyone have any insight on what they've done?  My family is Irish and his Cape Verdean so there will be ALOT of drinking and beer/wine won't cut it.  I'm thinking we should set a max ($4k for example) and run a tab.  Not sure what would be the best idea, but any brides with insigh to offer would be greatly appreciated!
