Suggestions for rehearsal dinner and morning after wedding brunch

Hi all. My wedding in Grand Cayman is right around the corner (Dec. 14) and I'm realizing all of the things I still need to get done. YIKES! Can any recent Grand Cayman brides (or ladies planning to get married in Cayman) suggest a good place for a welcome party/rehearsal dinner that isn't too crazy expensive?  As an alternative, my fiance and I are also considering chartering the Red Sail catamaran for our wedding guests for the night before our wedding and offering heavy hors d'ouvres and/or sandwiches from a restaurant or caterer. Has anyone done this and if so, have any recommendations for food?

 

Also, we are looking to have a private breakfast/brunch (buffet if possible) for our guests the morning after the wedding. Does any one have any ideas on where we might go for this (not too too expensive)?
