Playacar Palace Wedding 2015

I am in the beginning process of planning my destination wedding for August 2015. I am hoping to book my wedding at the Playacar Palace Resort in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Does any have any advice about this resort? I am also planning on visiting prior, hopefully this winter, to just check the place out before putting a date in stone. Does anyone know of the cheapest time of year? Any suggestions for vendors (DJ, photographer, florist)? I am thinking of having my reception on the deck portion of the resort... Is it a nice venue area? I am just in the beginning process, so any advice is helpful! Thanks! Michele

Early November is usually pretty cheap.  I'm having my wedding there in November!
