I had frozen margaritas, pina coladas, and ice with my drinks everywhere. I also had salad a few times and never got sick. i will say that i took things slow as far as eating the first few days and brought plenty of stomach medicine should i have needed it. my husband and i stayed away from putting salad on the menu at the rehearsal dinner (in favor of all cooked items) just in case so our guests wouldn't be sick on our wedding day.
