Ceremony time HELP!!

Hello Everyone - We have already booked our wedding cruise and paid for the wedding package. Now we just need to decide on any upgrades. We are getting married on Celebrity Constellation in Key West (on deck) in April 2014. My main dilemma right now is the ceremony time with the two options being 11am or 230pm. I feel like 11am is an awkward time since we are having dinner in one of the specialty restaurants (we are doing the cake cutting and toast at this time also). However, I worry that 2:30 is going to be super hot. We are both from Florida so we are very familiar with the heat and humidity just not sure what Key West is like at the time of year (we are in central florida so the ocean breeze can make a difference). The ceremony will only be around 15 minutes or so but I don't want to look like we are melting in pictures. Am I worrying too much about this???  Which would you choose? Any advice from other brides that were or are in this situation would be greatly appreciated!!!!

April will still be nice enough weather to be outside and on the water in the keys. There is always a breeze so either time should not make a difference with the heat. Both times are far enough away from the dinner time that you will have some relaxation time in between. If you could maybe coordinate a cocktail party area between the 230 time and dinner that may flow the best.
