I love your centerpieces! If you got a lime green table runner that would TOTALLY change the look of it. I like simple, very pretty! At least at my resort, or centerpieces will only be used for the dinner which is 2 hours - TOPS, so I really cannot jusitfy spending $$$ on floral arrangements. Nice job! Where did you get your tall pink vase? Is it paper or glass?

Your welcome!! My planning is going great have a few DIY projects done and have bought a lot of stuff as well including my dress! I am doing a chevron theme and my centerpieces are mason jars. My colors are white and grey chevron, turquoise and pops of fuchsia. Got the idea from Pinterest lol!

I LOVE Mason jars! Do you have a picture of your centerpiece? Or an inspiration photo? I wanted to use Mason Jars too because I really like the beachy/rustic feel. I'm thinking of wrapping some burlap around the Mason Jars. Here are some of my inspirations:

I'm only going to have 5-6 tables so I figured it would be doable...Mason jars are surprisingly thick and sturdy, yes they would be heavy but if you wrap them well, and even put some cloths or something inside them while traveling I think they would be fine! I'm probably going to bring mine in my carry-on :)

Exactly! My reception is 4 hours but hopefully people will be dancing for the majority of that time :) I can't justify spending 80-150 per table for arrangements .... I wish I could but I can't afford it ha. The lantern that you see in the middle of these pictures is just a sample one that I quickly made last night. I took a glass vase from the dollar store and wrapped purple tissue paper around it and then put Tealight inside. The actual lantern that I want is on the Internet but before I ordered it I wanted to see what it would look like. It is just a paper lantern in the shape of a cylinder. I believe that it is collapsible and it comes with LED lights to put in it. I then used purple tissue paper to make a fake purple table runner. I will have to try to see what it looks like using Tissue paper to make a green table runner. My mother-in-law suggested instead of a long table runner she thinks that a circle fabric in the middle of the table would look better. I will have to do some playing around ....

Where did you find those lantern centerpieces? I saw another bride had those as well - very cool! I don't know how well they will work for me becuase my dinner venue is an outdoor covered patio, so I've heard it can be very windy. I hear you about thr $$ I even talked my florist down to $50/table - but seriously cannot justify it! Have you ever looked into real touch flowers? They're fantastic! I used them for my bridesmaids bouquets and contemplating using them for centerpieces :)
