I am trying to plan my wedding for July 2014, I'm a little confused about the packages.  I received a budget planner from the hotel but can't seem to figure out exactly what is included.  Are chairs/tables included in the price for ceremony, cocktail and reception?  The package sounds great but then there seems to be a lot of extras that you have to pay for.  Has anyone finalized their plans and have a total of what they will be spending?
