The best hour to celebrate your wedding and why!

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone!

This new thread is for interchanging ideas about the hour to celebrate a wedding.

Brides, photographers, videographers, etc, share with us your experiences, point of views, advantages and disadvantages, all you can say about this and all you can show us, pictures, videos, so on.

I'd like to start with 2 videos, two beautiful weddings at the Mayan Riviera; one was celebrated at the Moon Palace at 12pm and the other one at the Grand Coral at 5pm.

We prefer work in the afternoon because the weather is not hot, the sunlights are so helpful to take pictures and to film, the wind allow get good sound in our recordings, and even for the guests, the bride and the groom it is more comfortable. They enjoy more their wedding!

So, we hope your comments! Have an excellent day!

Hello!
We always suggest to do your ceremony on the beach an hour and a half before sunset BUT your couple photo session must be done before the ceremony so you can have enough time and day light to take photos with family and friends after ceremony.

Do not forget that before defining your ceremony time, It is a MUST to talk to your photographer and videographer because some professionals have different point of views.

Happy planning!
