this place is a 4-5 hr drive from Cancun, outside of Campeche Mexico.   Lovely place, but you want to go there and STAY THERE, hands down.  its unreal.

I am going to Hacienda Uayamon for a wedding as a guest in a couple of weeks.. I am so excited!! the location is magical!!

We will be coming from Northern Canada so I think my guests will really be wanting a beach! Otherwise this would be something I would be looking into. LOVE IT!

I would recommend allowing at least 6.5 hours from Playa, possibly more if unfamiliar with the roads, we are always surprised that it takes longer than expected for the second leg of the trip. The hacienda is off the beaten path for sure but a one of a kind location! Here are a few images from a couple of recent weddings.
