Any suggestions for a great travel agent

Hello all:)  We are getting married in Jamaica at the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites, Montego Bay in April 2014.  HELP!! Our travel agent has gone MIA and so I was looking for any suggestions for a new one!

Also - how long does it normally take when you request pricing before they give it to you?  I've asked a highly rated agent for pricing, I expected it would take a few days and that was a week ago.
