Barcelo Maya Palace Deluxe May 2014

Hello fellow destination brides! I have recently chosen the Barcelo Maya Palace as our destination wedding location, leaving April 30th next year!!! ! I am in the early stages of panning and am waiting for my destination travel specialist to get back to me with the next steps. I have a few questions for anyone willing to take the time to answer.... Has anyone upgraded the mint breeze package to move the reception to the beach? I really want to have both the ceremony and reception on the beach. I was looking at the sunset package, but since we are expecting 40+ people to attend, the extra charge p/p after the first 15 people is a little high. Are there any prefered beach locations that are recommended for the ceremony? What kind of flowers come with the mint package? My vision for the wedding is mostly white and/or creams with s few pops of colour for the bridesmaids dresses. It they are tropical flowers, can I have them changed to all white, or does that require an extra charge? What kind of music is included in the package? Do they play for the ceremony and reception? Can I sub the cake or photographer and save the money (we have a photographer friend hopefukly coming down) or do we get charged even if we dont want them? How are the photographers at the resort if we do end up using them? Thank you all so much! My information is greatly appreciated. I really don't know what to do next
