Your pictures are beautiful - we are getting married on the Breeze January 4th - although we are doing it prior to sail away, hoping some of our Florida friends will attend and not feel they have to cruise :)

Our reception will be in the disco - we did the DJ - did you have any music, how was it?

Is there anything you would have done that you didn't think of prior?

Congrats on your wedding

Hey Ladies!!! I am getting married on the Pride summer 2014... prices are supposed to be out tomorrow so we will hopefully be booked for our wedding within the week!!! How many people fit into the piano bar? I am expecting probably about 100 people so I was going to go with the disco. DST8... How much does it cost for the DJ? Since we havent been able to book yet I havent been able to get the prices on everything. I would also LOVE to see your pictures from around the boat as we will be doing a large package of pictures and if we can give the photographer suggestions that would be great. Thanks!!!

DJ costs $100.  I was told that if you want this option, you should book it ASAP just in case another wedding is booked for the same day.  We picked the disco for our reception because music is important and it looks so pretty.

The DJ is a little over 100.00; keep in mind that they only allow one DJ per wedding day - we wanted to have the reception in the Disco so we booked the DJ right away....now we know where the reception is being held :)

I spoke to Carnival yesterday and they stated that the photographer will come to the cabin as you are getting ready to take photos, also take some of the wedding/reception then after the non-sailing guests leave and the reception is over, they will take you around the ship for additional photos.  The Carnival girl suggested that if you want specific pics (i.e. you with the entire family or you with your best friend) to write them down and have someone give them to the photographer right away so he can get all the pics you want

Love having other brides to talk to :)

I wasn't able to pick the ceremony location; it depends on size of wedding - the only reason I know where the reception is is because we picked the DJ and it can only be held in the Disco :)

Carnival stated that we will know the location of the actual wedding about 3 weeks ahead of time - then I think I will send out a quick mailer to everyone attending with some other fun info about the ship.....

When I asked for pictures of the ceremony, Carnival Sasha (that's what I call her) asked if I had a preference, and I gave her one.  We'll see if that is the final location. This review has me even more excited.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
