Major newbie

I got engaged about 3 months ago and after going through the motions of beginning planning a home town wedding we threw up our hands in stress and frustration and decided a destination wedding is a little more us. I need some major help and insight from all of you seasoned new wifeys! I would like to find an all inclusive beach destination weddi outside the united states that is not in Mexico. Though my parents are taking care of the wedding, my fear is that it will be too expensive for my future in-laws. The attendance of his mom and brother are absolutely essential to us, so we're open to location and price will be a very large part of our choice. I've heard that Jamaica and the Dominican republic are generally cheaper, but I'm looking for rock bottom pricing! Anybody have any stories about financial steals as far as all inclusives go? Well most likely book around 10 rooms for all guests, but I'm not sure if that's a large enough number to bargain with a chosen resort? I don't know if travel facors into it as well but most guests will be coming from either southern California (my side) or south Dakota (his side). Recommendations for resorts, tips for getting better pricing and all that would be greatly appreciated! I've read a lot of Internet tips, but want to know what has worked for real brides!!! Thanks a ton!
