Itâ€s the dream of every brides to look fantastic for their wedding day and makes every possible effort to make it true. Tour tips are really helpful but my sis have tried something different. Her training includes:

Monday: 20x walking lunges, 30x squats, 20x split lunge to be repeated 5 times

Tues: alk, run or cycle for up to an hour

Wednes.: 20x squats straight into 15 burpees, 20x standing lunges into 40 mountain climbers

20x reverse lunges into 15 burpees, 20x squats into 40 mountain climbers,20x push ups into 15 burpees to be repeted 4 times with 5 minutes break

Thurs.: 30x bend knee sit ups,30x abs crunches,30x elbow to opposite knee sit ups,40x leg cycles,30x alternate leg raises, 20x double leg raises, 1 min front plank to be repeted thrice.

Fri.: Either rest day or going for a gentle run

Sat.: 1 min- kettle bell swings with 45 sec rest, 1 min- split lunge with kettle bell in one hand. Left leg with 45 secs rest,  1 min- split lunge with kettle bell in one hand. Right leg with 45 secs rest, 1 min- step up, alternating legs 45 secs rest, 1 min- squat into one arm snatch. Left side 45 secs rest, 1 min- squat into one arm snatch. Right side2 mins rest then repeat

Sunday: 1 min front plank , 45 sec side plank each side, Repeat this 4 times

Wow! You ladies are atomic wonder women!

I'm on the other side of the scale (urrgg... even the word scale is upsetting to me!)

 

Are there any threads around here that a beginner to health and fitness could look to? I'm a size 16, looking to slim down to a 10 by my wedding day.
